Functioning again
My brain has finally functioned again.. YAY.. since that late night concert.. .. I remembered the hugging parts the most.. but the most important was before concert.. Jonas stressed out and ran off stage.. =(.. he was stressed like crazy.. took like so many people to clam him down..
Early in the morning 6.45 - 8.30 Went to school at 7.. knew i would be late.. coz i live in freaking pasir ris.. which is far from school.. then went into band room.. everyone wearing uniform.. i only one who wore pe and the long pants that morning.. didn't help with percussion as i was busy with the QM stuff.. realised my instrument was not polished.. the other trums were soooo glistening.. got on the bus.. sat next to dominic.. had fun poking him.. then Silas came out.. like some Tour Guide.. with CH as his "bird".. Reached VCH..
Late Morning to noon 8.30 - 12 went into VCH the hall.. aww.. goodtimes man.. went up.. troms and FHorns having controversy for whom to go up into the room with the trums.. we cldn't care less.. coz we had more people.. FHorns decided to go to the other side.. near the other gate.. warmed up, tuned, warmed up again.. then Chan time.. lalala.. saw Daniel like 2 times i think.. when we entered the hall.. vocal sounded like ghostly voices.. so creepy.. especially walking up the echoy stairway.. i asked for his phone number 3 times.. but i didn't have my phone with me then..
Noon to afternoon 12 - dono what time.. 2? didn't have anytime to eat.. so i starved nearly.. then i studied Ting Xie.. which was found useless afterwards.. so i went to eat lunch.. me and JK were talking about the deadly sins.. Gluttony and Greed.. what were the difference.. like.. Para was like.. kicking the vending machine( the ones outside.. inside are GONE!!!).. then like.. 2 will come out of the things instead of the usual one.. i called it gluttony.. since drink is part of food.. JK called it greed.. coz it is a material good.. anyways.. we find it was black magic by Para(JKJK)..
MATINEE SHOW!! 2.30 to 3.15 Layed around waiting for vocal to finish.. then on with our turn.. we wowed the people.. either clapping for FINALLY OVER!! or they genuinely liked it(highly impossible).. dumbwitted lower sec.. noe nothing about music.. XD..
Afternoon to dinner time 3.15 to 5 Mr Lin time.. he didn't have time to come in the morning.. so he came afternoon.. practised the songs.. then i nearly slept while playing Folklore.. I was extremely tired.. ARH..
Dinner to before concert 5 to 7.15 Ate dinner with Clement.. we think the vege was HORRIBLY tasting.. we cldn't stand it.. so we threw away the vege.. =D.. only thing edibly delicious was the chicken.. but threre was only one.. missed last years dinner.. Avery's mum bought Macdonalds.. XD.. we were lazing ard then.. haven't changed to full concert attire yet.. still need take bow tie and tux.. we're considered late by the time the people came.. we're suppossed to go on stage by 7.15.. i think i was sorta late.. since i went on stage at 7.25.. =X.. then people started coming in.. kept waving.. then the whole left side of me.. the trums kept waving.. CH - Nigel - Shannon - Terence - Me - HK - Sebestian - Nicholas - Vincent then my cousin oso started waving.. then i wave back.. then the CH oso waving.. annoyingly fun.. =D..
CONCERT TIME!!! 7.40 to 8.30?? Carmen Suite.. First movement was going fine.. second movement.. CH screwed up his solo.. everyone cld tell.. XD.. then went well.. third movement.. fine.. FOURTH MOVEMENT!!! ARH!!! MY solo.. went pretty well.. came in on time too.. i memorized the score.. i scared i wld come in late or early.. but my father complained i was too soft.. as if telling them i'm very nervous.. which i was.. terence kept telling me to relax.. XD.. Saints next.. everyone sorta liked it.. think i over enjoyed it.. played too loudly.. =X.. Folklore next.. I didn't sleep.. XD.. Change conductor to Mr Chan.. Persis.. OBOE SOLO WENT PERFECTLY ok.. XD.. Not perfect.. but passable.. =D.. YAY JONAS!! Anime medley next up.. Kiki's Delivery Service went wrongly somehow.. Guess the Tuba's forgot about the 4 beats before coming in.. but good recovery.. Intermission..
INTERMISSION 15 min (forgot the time.) Hugged ... let's see.. who.. quite a number.. i forgot some.. but i remember i hugged Liu Tun, Jonas, Jason, Sheng Yi, Gerard, Yeow Tong & a few more.. Meng Xuan didn't play second half.. too painful.. Khalil said i looked smart in the Tux.. XD.. THX!!.. Got a card from Nathanael.. cldn't read much of it.. he said "musc" which was music.. he had the dot without the line.. got a flower from Ms Pan (died le)..
ROUND 2!!! After Intermission till 9.45?? Vocal took up the first part.. My family and relatives thought they sucked.. =D.. Played Cha-Ch.. No.. Fragrance over the Bagawan Solo.. boring.. then Eire.. Alexius was stressed out.. he started 3 times.. but everyone thought it was part of the song.. cldn't see CK at all.. **SHORT** then play play play.. Nigel helped me reach the high notes while i played the lower ones.. so we coordinated.. Deep Purple Medley *DPM* Everyone only liked, or knew, Smoke on e water.. =D.. then finally.. PIRATES OF THE CARRIBEAN *PoTC* everyone liked this the best.. XD.. EVERYONE.. it was ok.. since we played this for last years encore.. Finished le.. so everyone was shouting Encore.. then no more le.. coz they say don wan encore.. but the encore sounded ok what.. Hot Latin.. got Mambo No. 5, I Need to Know, If You Had My Love and Smooth.. Then went back stage.. cleared up.. Mr Lee said.. Good job.. then gave us half day the next day.. YAY!!! then i remembered tomoro morning got Ting Xie.. then we skipped it.. me and Sam.. XD.. YAY!!!.. went down.. OMG.. saw Nathanael, Evan and GARRETT!! XD.. poked garrett liked how many times.. XD.. missed them lots.. =D.. then went back to school..
LATE NIGHT 10.50 - 11.30?? They were singing the school song in the bus.. then i was sleepy.. but i didn't sleep.. kept talking to Alvin about whatever stuff i forgot.. then went help percussion bring only one timpani up.. realised Trombone's tuner was missing.. so they had to pay for it.. or buy a new one.. XD..
